Every morning it reads every open role and scores each one against my own documents, turned into a rubric: my career dashboard, what I bring, what I want, what drains me. Each role gets a fit score, a preference score and a combined one.
The rubric is rebuilt from my documents every run, so it moves when I do, and company profiles stay current with funding, leadership and hiring news. When the scorer gets a role wrong, or exactly right, I flag it, and every flag becomes a permanent test: sharper every round, and never past my own judgment.
